All Mens/Ladies entries for Saturday morning will close at 9pm on Friday night --- you MUST make your entries prior to the deadline. All other class closings will be announced, please listen closely for class entry closings! If you cannot meet the deadline for the class closing, call the show secretary in advance at 770.378.2959 (Katy) to make entries by phone. Notice- We have been made aware that hotels are limited in the area for this event. In the event that you contact hotels in the Harriman area and they are sold out, we suggest contacting hotels in the Kingston, TN area. ***Please call Barbara Brookshire for stall & camper reservations at 423-538-4457 or e-mail brookshire@wireco.net. NO WARM-UPS WILL BE OFFERED AT THIS EVENT. Office fee is $10 per horse for entire event, grounds fee of $10 per day applicable if no stall is used. Camper hook-ups are $22/night. No alcohol allowed on the grounds, no smoking allowed in indoor arena. All dogs must be on leash while on grounds.***
